Find a quiet place to be present for the next 20 minutes.
Sit or lay in a comfortable position.
use headphones or a speaker for a better sound experience.
Press play, close your eyes, and let’s begin.

  • Return to your quiet place and open your journal to where you last left off

  • At the top of the page, title this section: "DAY 05 // NEW YEAR NEW CLARITY"

  • List eleven things from 2020 that you are grateful for happening + why

  • Now list eleven things from 2020 that no longer serve you that you are ready to release or let go of + the lesson you learned from each one

For our final day of our reset journey, we will be reflecting on the previous year through the use of free flow writing in our journals. to help us release any lingering stagnancy or blockages in our energetic fields. We will also learn a powerful creative visualization exercise that will help us unlock new levels of clarity when thinking about our future dreams, desires, & longings that we are inherently deserving of and wish to call into fruitful fruition.


part one // reflection

*Note: Make sure to hydrate & nourish your body with another meal, and set a specific intention for this practice before you begin!

JOURNAL FREE WRITE:

  1. Without thinking too much about it, freely flow onto a new page in your journal.

  2. Express how the past year or so [2021, as well as optionally, 2020] has holistically affected you and your life.

  3. Factor in how your home life, income/job, relationships [familial, platonic and romantic], physical health, mental/emotional health, and spiritual health, as well as dreams or goals were affected by the pandemic and chaos/uncertainty of the year.

Note:

If you’re looking to switch up your usual method of reflection from writing, try recording a video or voice memo of you expressing out loud.

part two // release

JOURNAL FREE WRITE:

  1. Acknowledge any challenges, losses, or emotions that you felt at different points during this past year and freely release them in your journal without judgment.

  2. Remind yourself that it is more than okay to have felt and experienced these things, and now you can safely let them go to make space for new and higher vibrational experiences and emotions in 2022 and so forth.

part three // RECEIVE

WRITE A LETTER in your JOURNAL

  1. Write to yourself 10 years from now describing your DREAM LIFE in full, liberating detail.

    • How do you see your life at this time?

      • Where are you living? What is the exterior and interior design of your home like?

      • What kind of car do you drive? What kind of wardrobe/style do you have?

      • What is your career/occupation like?

      • Are you in a relationship or do you have a family of your own?

      • What kind of diet and wellness routine do you follow?

      • What is a typical day in your life like during this time?

    • Write in the present tense and describe with specific detail incorporating each of the 5 senses.

    • Use as many pages as it requires to fully outline your most ideal reality without any limitations.

      • Tap into your creative visualization and feel each scene as if it were already here and happening.

      • Send gratitude for your clear vision and thank Source for already preparing its unfolding in your life.

  2. At the end of your letter, write down the phrase: “and so it is!” and review this letter every single year until the 10 year mark.

  3. Take note if anything you’ve written down gradually begins to come true<3
