Rising Flow is a gentle yet activating morning session, geared specifically for those new to yoga or who are interested in a gentle practice. We will incorporate simple flowing sequences to warm up the body, as well as slower paced movements focusing on alignment, strength, balance, and flexibility. Class will end with an extended period of relaxation and journal session. All ages, shapes and sizes are welcome and no experience or flexibility required!
Please bring your own yoga mat/blanket, journal, or any crystals or sacred totems (optional) to enhance your flow!
If you have any injuries, please mention them to your instructor so modifications can be provided. Listening to your body is highly encouraged to ensure a safe & fun practice.
