Drift into relaxation and release through a portal of healing frequencies from a steel tongue pan drum, sacred gong, crystal singing bowls, and chimes amidst gentle guided breath & meditation intuitively channeled from the spirit realm.

We will open ceremony with a journaling exercise to set intentions for our collective practice and close with a community tea talk featuring a custom organic floral blend.
