Cultivate presence, clarity, and vitality through breathwork, Chen-style tai chi, Filipino kali stick flow drills, and movement-based meditations. Explore guided grounding exercises to promote fluidity, spatial awareness and a harmonization of internal energies.

Chen-style tai chi is a Northern Chinese martial art and the original form of tai chi. Chen-style is characterized by silk reeling, alternating fast and slow motions, and bursts of power (fa jin).

He has been trained in various martial arts since he was 10 years old, under both Master Cheng Aiping [teammate to Li Lianjie (Jet Li) and Master Hu Jianqiang (LA instructor who taught FKA twigs choreo for “sad day”)]
