Sofia Naseem is a teacher, yogini, educator, artist, and just completed her certification as a birth doula. Her 500 RYT was completed in Kerala, India in 2022 at Kailash Tribal School of Yoga under Yogi Sivadas. She is committed to liberation through wisdom practices of her indigenous roots.
